INTRODUCTION
ENSO indicates the relation between El Nĩno and Southern oscillation that have been cognized since 1957. This ENSO does not provide the causes and mechanisms that generate El Nĩno with their controlling system. In other hand, in the conditions of global warming of today, there is disorder in the relation mentioned above. For example, from the end of 1990 to the mid of 1995 (fig. 2.27), the values of SOI are negative (-) but there were only three small discontinuous El Nĩno in 1992, 1993 and from the end of 1994 to the beginning of 1995; from the mid of 2001 until now, the disorder has usually appeared. All of these prove that ENSO is only experienced correlation and up to now there is no El Nĩno theory.
These matters of fact need to investigate the El Nĩno theory that inclined to ocean – atmosphere interaction or macro-scale deep convection in order to explain the latent rules showed in the surveyed data – called El Nĩno decoding. Of course, the macro-scale deep convection that would be studied in the first part as below not only to build the El Nĩno theory but also would be the most fundamental one to understand both the dynamics of the atmosphere and ocean which contribute to develop this matter in the future…..
