Implementation of the Evaluation of Conduct Results for Semester 2 and the Entire Course for Full-time Students Graduating in Semester 2, Academic Year 2024–2025

Notes:

1. The online conduct evaluation form submitted by students will only be accepted if sent via the email account provided by the University.
2. Department of Politics and Student Affairs will grant access rights to Faculties and the International Education Center to retrieve the list of students from Cohort 60 and earlier who have completed the conduct evaluation via Google Forms.
3. For students in Cohorts K61, K62, and K63, academic advisors will conduct the conduct evaluation through the training management accounts already provided.
4. Faculty and Center Councils will hold meetings to review and submit the consolidated conduct evaluation reports to the Department of Politics and Student Affairs (via official letter and electronic file to: thuyp72002@tlu.edu.vn).
