Thuyloi University announces the selection plan for students to receive the 2025 “Le Van Kiem & Family” Education Promotion Scholarship as follows:
- SCHOLARSHIP VALUE: 15,000,000 VND per student
- SCHOLARSHIP CATEGORIES:
- Scholarship for Disadvantaged Students
1.1. Quantity: 35 awards
1.2. Eligibility: Full-time undergraduate students (K63–K66) who fall into one of the following categories:
- Children of martyrs, wounded or sick soldiers, or Labor Heroes in wartime, eligible for educational benefits;
- Orphans of both parents with no legal guardian;
- Ethnic minority students;
- Students from financially disadvantaged families.
1.3. Criteria: Good moral character, determination to overcome hardship, and achieving at least an average academic and conduct performance in the 2024–2025 academic year.
1.4. Application documents:
- Scholarship application form (Form 1);
- Family background declaration (Form 2);
- Certified copies of priority documents (if applicable).
1.5. Selection principle: Ranking will be based on the expanded GPA (including academic GPA and converted conduct score) for the academic year. In the case of equal scores, students with more difficult family circumstances will be given priority.
- Scholarship for Outstanding Students
2.1. Quantity: 03 awards
2.2. Eligibility: Full-time undergraduate students (K63–K66) with outstanding academic, conduct, and extracurricular performance.
2.3. Criteria: Academic results of “Excellent” and conduct rating of “Good” or higher in 2024–2025, plus one of the following:
- Party member;
- Youth Union/Association officer awarded “Five-Good Student” recognition at the city level or higher;
- Winner of Third Prize or higher in Ministry-level or national competitions in Olympiads, Scientific Research, or Startup & Innovation in 2024–2025.
2.4. Application documents: Scholarship application form (Form 1).
2.5. Selection principle: Ranking based on expanded GPA. In the case of equal scores, the student with the higher academic GPA will be prioritized.
- Scholarship for K67 Students
3.1. Quantity: 01 award
3.2. Eligibility: Students admitted and enrolled in 2025.
3.3. Criteria: Top scorer of the K67 cohort — the student with the highest total university entrance score in 2025 (based on national high school graduation exam results within the admission subject combination, excluding priority points).
